Before discovering these little ‘beans,’ I was perfectly happy using rolled up towels and receiving blankets for years (6 years in fact!), and not having them did NOT prevent me from improving my craft and booking clients.
So, pretty please don’t fall into the trap of thinking you need specific posing props to get started.
