We love our photography businesses, but sometimes it feels like we spend so much of our time shooting, editing, emailing, and we don’t prioritize the other aspects of running a business.
On this week’s episode, my guest Bryan Caporrici and I tackle some big topics
– why client experience can become your secret weapon
– Worker Bee vs CEO mode
– wearing busy as a badge
– the power of a mindset shift from a sales mindset to a service mindset
– the danger of wrapping up your identity in your business.
If you are finding you struggle with finding the time to work on your business because you seem to spend so much time in worker bee mode working on your business, this episode is for you.
