Getting Through Covid19 with Tiffany Burke

Struggling with how to feel, what to do, who to be during the COVID-19 pandemic?

You are not alone, and in today’s episode, Tiffany Burke shares her personal experiences on how she’s trying to care for her mental well-being (and not always succeeding).

Grace, my friends, is what we all need to offer ourselves and one another right now. Having days of despair doesn’t mean you are broken and it doesn’t mean that’s going to be your final feeling.

Together we’ll find our new normal.
