It’s hard to do. We get it.
But the one word you MUST learn to say, is no.
It is really important to be able to do.
Why?
- You need to have time, space and energy for the things in life you REALLY want to do
- You need time to unwind
- You need time with your family
- You deserve to have a stress-free life
When you are constantly saying ‘yes’ to things, you will find yourself with too many “plates spinning.”
Some of these plates are eventually going to drop.
Sadly what happens more often than not is the plates labeled “self-care” and “quality time with family and friends” are the first to drop.
We’re not suggesting you start saying ‘no’ to everything…we are fans of yes! But sometimes, you just gotta say no.
So, our challenge for you is to resist the urge to immediately say ‘yes’…and ask yourself, ‘is no the better answer right now?”
