Making a newborn backdrop stand is as easy as fitting a few PVC pipes and connectors together! Starting out in newborn photography doesn’t have to be expensive with this easy DIY to build your own frame for your newborn bean bag poser.

You can find all the supplies at your local big box hardware store. This PVC stand can be put together in less than 15 minutes and generally for under $20. The beanbag frame is an essential part of your newborn photography studio, as it allows you to clip the newborn posing fabrics and blankets onto the top and sides of the frame, ensuring a smooth backdrop with no wrinkles. This will save you many hours and frustration in editing time!
