Do you offer in-person workshops?
At this time, no. All of our classes are online.
How are your online classes structured?
All of our classes are delivered online through a series of videos, written info and downloadable pdfs. Most of the classes are broken up into modules to help prevent overwhelm (but you continue to have access for as long as the class keeps running, so there is no pressure to ‘complete’ it during the ‘class times’) You also have the option of downloading the material, so you do, technically, have it for life 🙂
Do I need to be online at a certain time?
No. All our video is pre-recorded so you are able to watch (and review!) when it works with your schedule.
Can I get one-on-one mentoring or feedback?
At the moment, our classes are self-study in nature. You do have an opportunity to connect with your fellow students during the class (as well as some awesome grad students available to assist!)

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes – on all our online classes! If you feel the course doesn’t offer value based on the class description, simply send us your completed homework assignments (because the class only works if you do! 😉 and we’ll refund your registration straight away! We rely on buyer’s integrity.
Our online retreats are conference-style online events and do not come with a money-back guarantee, so please be sure to review the speaker line-up to ensure it covers the areas you are interested in.
What currency are your prices?
In 2014, (and beyond) we are thrilled to be working with various co-instructors and partners from around the world. As such, we’ve switched to the most widely accepted global currency – USD.
(NOTE: Our share-the-love payments will also now be sent out in USD)
Will there be tax added?
If you have the good fortune of living in Canada…yes, you will be charged GST. I know tax can seem like a bummer…but think of all the amazing things we get to enjoy because of it! FREE healthcare tops our list!
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.
Do you offer payment plans?
Some of our classes have a payment plan option.
When are payments due for payment plans?
The first payment is due upon registration, with following payments taken automatically after 30 days.
