It can sometimes feel like there is only 1 way to run a business… and that may be how you are doing it is wrong. #nottrue

In this Episode with Brigette Schaffarzick from Penguin Pictures based in Seattle, we discuss why she decided to have an all-inclusive photography business model.

I wanted to share Brigette with you because she has such great insight on also moving cities with her business and maintaining her clientele, and she shares some really great insight on why she has an all-inclusive business model and loves it. I love being able to bring on guests to share with you that there is no one universal business model and to give you insight on how many successful photographers run their businesses

I wonder if the IPS sessions didn’t go so well because you offered too many products? Juat curious. I am thinking about changing to IPS and my mentor says to use only 3-5 products so you don’t overwhelm the clients so they can’t make decisions.

Hello Shanon! That sounds like a great idea I have heard the same. Brigette had a few reasons why this model didn’t work for her but I encourage you to try it as you never know if it might work for you!
